Journey (Description)

I always wanted to get on an airplain, when I was a little girl I wanted to be a pilot so the first time I got on one I flipt out  it was simply amaizing, the best experience I could have at that time. Eventhough that was a great thing to live, the second part of the journey was even better.

I went to USA to visit my mom´s sister  and her family, the idea of this trip was to have fun, enjoy and to know the sity of washington DC, all its landmark, etc.

We fell in love of the city so we end up staying there with my aunt for a few months, at the beginninf we were exited about living abroad, it would have been a great experience but after sex months living with my aunt´s family things got  tense between us. And so my mom decided to sent my brother and me back to Chile.

The day she took that decision I was really afraid of what could happen to us and to my parents.  For us to go back to Chile we had to travel to New York and flight from there. It took us 6 hours to got to JFK airport from DC, my cousin´s grandfather had the kindness of taking us there, and because of that my parents will always have a debt to him.

It started as one of the most fantastic journey but end up being the most hardest and painful from all of the experiences I have had in my life.

Sexism agains men. 

For years men have seen women as the weaker sex, those in need of protection from the world, during a long time they were  seen as objects of beauty, a thing to decorate rather than thinking human being.

This idea of men being the smarter ones is still going on nowadays, while as a society we have proved over and over again that women are as capable as men on doing everything, and sometimes even better then them.

Women have the same abilities and perhaps more, to do whatever men do, is true that men are more logical than women  and less sentimental but that does not mean that women are not capable or less able to do what is needed to be part of the modern society.

Men by the other hand have been invaded by women in all their territories, they now have seen that they are less necessary in their works or they are not the only ones who can bring food to the table, they have been relaced by women in so many ways, this has gone so far than men are feeling discriminated as women were long time ago, in ancient times. They are feeling unnecessary.

Now they know what it feels to be a women, to be treated like one, to be discriminated and to be neglected. Men know the feeling but still are not capable of change their way of thinking, and we as women will continuing in discriminating them by that, we will never accept that again.
